All sales are final unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital access is granted immediately and therefore refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Discord Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive instructions to join our Discord community. Access to premium sections may be manually granted after joining the free section.
7. Community Conduct
Momentum Apex reserves the right to remove or revoke access to any member who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Momentum Apex shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using information provided through our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
